I never thought that I would be able to learn piano at this season of my life with small children, but Megan's program works so well for just that. There was no way I could have carved out time to go to an in person lesson, so this online program is perfect. I love that I am playing things that are enjoyable and engaging from the first week. I love that I get to model for my kids that we should continue to learn new things throughout our whole life. I have been very impressed with the lessons. Megan's content each week is really excellent.

Hello! I'm Megan Desmarais and I'm a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music. I maintain a busy piano studio in Tulsa, OK that includes students of all ages, 0 and up. Teaching preschoolers to love music is one of the highlights of my week. I've seen firsthand how beneficial it has been for my own children to be exposed to structured music time starting at birth. As a piano teacher, my studio is bursting with students who have been learning music their whole lives. They thrive in piano lessons because learning music is already second-nature to them. Whether you're a teacher or a parent, I'd love to help you nurture the littlest musicians.

"I am thoroughly enjoying the lessons in this online series. I already read music, and can play melody with my right hand, but have never been able to do anything with my left hand. The material in this course has helped awaken my left hand - hooray! I look forward to my daily practice and continuing the lessons!

The material in each lesson is broken in to very small, manageable pieces. You should plan to spend 15-30 minutes once a week learning the new lesson material by watching videos, following along in your ebook (included in the course) and trying the new concepts. Practicing in between lessons is highly encouraged and will give you the best results. A minimum of 5-10 minutes of daily practice is recommended.
